I'm Jordan Dorman, founder of Vectoral Labs. Big companies have IT departments. Homeowners, renters and small-business owners are on their own. Vectoral Labs exists to close that gap: professional-grade tech help, in plain language, at a fair flat price.

Where do you work?
Across Dallas–Fort Worth, mostly Plano, Richardson and Dallas. AI and automation work can also be done remotely.
How do prices work?
Every service has a flat starting price. Before any work starts I confirm the total with you, including any equipment you need, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Do I need to buy the equipment first?
Either way works. You can buy it yourself, or I can recommend exactly what fits your space and budget before you spend anything.
Will I be locked into a contract?
No. Single jobs are pay-per-job, and monthly plans cancel any time.
What does the free workflow check include?
About 20 minutes, by phone or in person. We look at where your week goes, and you get three written time-saving ideas you can use whether or not you hire me.
Who owns the accounts and tools you set up?
You do. Everything is set up in your own accounts, you keep full control, and you get a short how-to so you're never stuck depending on me.
Is my information safe?
I'm CompTIA A+ certified with Security+ training, and I treat your devices and data that way: I only access what the job needs, and any temporary access is removed when we're done.
